Everyone always says you can find authentic cheap chanel on ebay but everytime I look they are all going for 2,000 so how are they finding them cheap?

Through really really good luck. Or they are getting fakes. Never buy a designer bag off eBay unless the seller has many photos of the exact bag being sold, including closeups of details like the label. And make sure they have an excellent feedback rating. You can look on the eBay forums for guides on how to spot fakes as well.
